About ESG Horizon

ESG Horizon is a B2B SaaS platform developed by Teasoo Consulting Ltd. to help Nigerian and African businesses assess, score, and report on their Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) performance. Launching in June 2026, the platform will initially serve the Oil & Gas sector before expanding to other industries across Africa.
Role Overview

ESG Horizon is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Agency or Lead Marketing Consultant to design and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for the platform across Nigeria and Africa.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and establishing ESG Horizon and Teasoo Consulting as thought leaders in ESG reporting and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a 6-month integrated digital marketing strategy.

• Build strong brand visibility for ESG Horizon among senior business decision-makers.

• Generate qualified leads, demo requests, and trial sign-ups.

• Position ESG Horizon and Teasoo Consulting as authoritative voices in ESG reporting and sustainability.

• Manage and optimize campaigns across:

• LinkedIn Marketing

• Google Ads

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

• Email Marketing

• Content Marketing

• Twitter/X

• Events and Webinars

• Develop high-quality thought leadership content, campaign assets, and lead-generation materials.

• Track campaign performance and provide actionable insights for optimization.

• Deliver weekly campaign updates and monthly performance reports.

Target Audience
Campaigns will target senior B2B decision-makers, including:

• Chief Sustainability Officers (CSOs)

• ESG Managers

• HSE Directors

• CEOs, CFOs, Managing Directors, and Board Members

• Heads of Compliance and Risk Managers

• Company Secretaries

• ESG Analysts

• Portfolio Managers

• Private Equity and Venture Capital Professionals

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience marketing B2B SaaS products.

• Strong understanding of Nigerian and African business environments.

• Demonstrated success in lead generation and demand generation campaigns.

• Expertise in LinkedIn marketing, paid advertising, SEO, email marketing, and content strategy.

• Experience managing executive-level and enterprise-focused marketing campaigns.

• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.

Preferred Experience
Applicants should be able to demonstrate:

• At least two relevant case studies:

• One B2B SaaS marketing campaign.

• One Nigerian or African market campaign.

• Measurable results including lead generation, pipeline growth, customer acquisition, or revenue impact.

• Experience marketing sustainability, ESG, compliance, risk management, or enterprise technology solutions.

Performance Expectations
Success in this role will be measured by:

• Growth in ESG Horizon brand awareness.

• Increase in qualified leads and platform demo requests.

• Pipeline development and conversion performance.

• Thought leadership visibility and engagement.

• Quality and consistency of reporting and campaign optimization.

Reporting Structure The selected agency/consultant will work directly with the ESG Horizon and Teasoo Consulting leadership team and will provide:

• Weekly performance snapshots.

• Monthly detailed campaign reports.

• Strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.

Contract Terms

• Six-month contract (July – December 2026), renewable based on performance.

• Media spend managed separately and subject to prior approval.

• All campaign assets and content produced during the engagement will remain the property of Teasoo Consulting Ltd. upon payment.

• Either party may terminate the contract with 30 days written notice.
