Role: Graduate Trainee – Shift Operations Manager
Location: Chicken Republic, Magboro, Ogun State
Experience: 0–1 year in QSR (preferred but not mandatory)
Reports To: Restaurant Manager
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily shift operations including service delivery, inventory control, and team coordination
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and brand standards
• Support staff training, scheduling, and performance feedback under mentorship
• Monitor KPIs: order accuracy, speed of service, customer satisfaction, waste control
• Escalate operational issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Minimum Qualifications:
• B.Sc. or HND (2nd Class Lower or Lower Credit minimum) in any discipline
• 5 O'Level credits including Mathematics and English
• NYSC completion certificate (mandatory)
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership potential
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Preferred Attributes:
• Prior internship or entry-level exposure in QSR, hospitality, or retail
• Familiarity with POS systems, basic Excel, and operational reporting
• Alignment with Food Concepts PLC values: customer obsession, integrity, excellence
