Job Overview
VitalSwap.com is looking for a highly creative and proactive Content Creator to join the Growth Team on a contract basis.
This role is for someone who already lives and breathes content creation, understands internet culture, knows how to capture attention quickly, and can create engaging content that makes financial products feel relatable, exciting, and easy to understand.
The ideal candidate is confident on camera, understands how different social platforms work, has a strong personal brand presence, and can consistently create high-quality content that drives visibility, conversations, and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
• Create engaging short-form and long-form content across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Produce high-quality videos with strong lighting, audio, storytelling, and editing.
• Translate financial products and educational topics into relatable and entertaining content.
• Participate in trend research and adapt trending formats, sounds, and conversations into brand-relevant content.
• Collaborate with the Growth Team on campaigns, launches, activations, and community engagement initiatives.
• Maintain consistency in campaign delivery timelines.
• Engage with audiences through comments, conversations, and community interaction.
• Ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand tone, values, and communication style.
• Support visibility and brand awareness initiatives through creative storytelling and strategic content positioning.
• Create clear and engaging demo videos that guide users through our products and support seamless self-onboarding
Requirements
• Must have an active and engaging social media presence with at least 7,000+ combined followers across platforms.
• Strong portfolio or existing body of content across TikTok, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, or YouTube.
• Strong on-camera presence and communication skills.
• Proven ability to create visually appealing and engaging videos.
• Understanding of platform-specific content strategies and trends.
• Ability to work independently, move quickly, and deliver content consistently.
• Strong storytelling and audience engagement skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
