Core Duties:
We are looking for a talented, organised, and digitally-savvy individual to assist our client as a Content Creator & Social Media Manager
Key Responsibilities:
• Film, and edit high-engagement vertical video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook.
• Stay ahead of digital trends, sounds, and platform updates to keep our content fresh.
• Manage the content calendar and use tools like [Later/Buffer/Loomly] to ensure consistent posting.
• Conduct market research, find guest/influencer leads, and prepare creative briefs for upcoming projects.
• Setting up lighting/audio and directing the individual during filming to ensure the best takes.
• Taking one long-form video and slicing it into 5–10 "micro-content" clips for different platforms.
• Monitoring weekly growth in followers, reach, and engagement rate.
• Advanced editing for high retention (adding captions, B-roll, sound effects, and transitions).
