• We are seeking an experienced HR Consultant to support the restructuring and strengthening of the HR function of a well-established multi-location healthcare organization in Lagos.
Assignment Overview • The Consultant will lead a 6-month HR restructuring project aimed at establishing a sustainable HR framework, strengthening governance systems, developing core HR policies and processes, and supporting the recruitment and onboarding of an HR Manager.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct an HR audit and organizational assessment
• Design an appropriate HR structure and reporting framework
• Develop core HR policies, procedures, and documentation
• Support the recruitment and selection of an HR Manager
• Provide onboarding, mentorship, and transition support
• Produce key project deliverables and implementation reports.
Requirements
• Master`s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related fields
• 7 -10 years' progressive HR experience
• Demonstrated experience in HR restructuring, organizational development, or HR systems design
• Strong policy development and documentation skills
• Experience supporting leadership teams and organizational change initiatives
• Healthcare sector experience is an added advantage.
