Job Title: Marketing Specialist (POCO & REDMI Pad & AIOT Products)
• Location: Lagos, Nigeria
• Reporting to: Marketing Project Manager
• Working Type: Full time, Mon to Fri, 9AM-5PM
• Role Summary
We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support the growth of POCO, REDMI pad and AIOT product lines in Nigeria. You will act as a "project engine," coordinating multi-channel resources to ensure successful product launches and efficient daily operations. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator who can turn marketing data into actionable insights.
• Key Responsibilities
• Integrated Campaign Execution
• Assist in the end-to-end execution of new product launches (e.g., POCO X/C series, REDMI Pad).
• Coordinate internal and external resources including KOLs, PR agencies, Radio resources, and Social Media, local creatives shooting etc to ensure unified brand messaging.
• Manage the timeline of marketing deliverables to ensure all campaigns go live on schedule.
• Daily Operations & Resource Management
• Maintain relationships with marketing vendors and agencies (Media buying, OOH suppliers, etc.)
• Monitor daily social media performance and community sentiment for AIoT and Tablet categories.
• Support offline marketing activities, including launch event 、regional market storms, etc.
• Reporting & Performance Analysis
• Collect and analyze data from various channels (onesite, melt water, social media plateforms, etc.
• Prepare weekly/monthly marketing reports to evaluate campaign ROI and competitor moves.
• Provide data-backed suggestions to optimize campaign excution, budget allocation.
Requirements
• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, or Agency roles (Tech/Smartphone industry preferred).
• Project Management: Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects (Phone + Pad + AIOT) simultaneously.
• Resourceful: Deep understanding of the Nigerian media landscape (KOLs, top tech blogs, radio culture).
• Analytical Skills: Proficient in Excel/PPT; able to create clear, logic-driven reports.
• Personality: Proactive, "can-do" attitude, and able to work under high pressure in a fast-paced environment.
