This role is designed for early-career Geologists or Chemical Engineers who want to build a commercial career within upstream oil & gas, not a purely desk-based technical role.
You will work closely with E&P companies and oilfield service stakeholders, combining technical understanding with client engagement to support solution-driven business development. This role offers exposure to real projects, commercial negotiations, and a clear pathway into business development and account management.

You are likely a good fit if you:
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Geology or Chemical Engineering
• Have 0–2 years experience (NYSC, internships, or industrial training included)
• Are curious about how oil & gas businesses generate revenue
• Enjoy explaining technical ideas to non-technical people
• Are interested in sales, business development, or client-facing roles
• Want to grow into a commercial role within upstream oil & gas
