Job Description: Growth Marketer
Role Purpose
Own the full growth funnel — from first impression to site visit booking and sales handoff. You’ll be responsible for getting qualified buyers and investors into our pipeline at the lowest CAC possible.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Ads
Plan and run high-ROI campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and LinkedIn targeting property buyers/investors in Ibadan, Lagos, Abuja, and diaspora.
Set up tracking, A/B test creatives, landing pages, and ad copy weekly.
Manage monthly ad spend of ₦200,000–₦500,000with clear reporting on CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
Content & Community
Develop content calendar: property showcases, client testimonials, market insights for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, WhatsApp, and YouTube Shorts.
Work with videographers/photographers on-site to capture assets.
Manage WhatsApp Business and CRM to nurture leads until sales-ready.
Partnerships & Offline Growth
Build referral partnerships with realtors, mortgage brokers, diaspora groups, and corporate HRs.
Organize and promote site tours, open houses, and property webinars.
Track all offline leads and integrate into CRM.
Analytics & Reporting
Own the growth dashboard: leads, cost per lead, conversion rate, revenue attributed.
Present weekly performance reports with insights and next steps to management.
Requirements
2+ years in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing. Real estate, proptech, or fintech experience is a plus.
Proven track record running ₦100k+/month ad spend with measurable results.
Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and at least 1 CRM/email tool.
Strong copywriting and basic design skills in Canva/Figma.
Must reside in Ibadan or be willing to relocate. Regular site visits required.
Data-driven, scrappy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced SME environment.
