Operations and Logistics Support:
• Fleet & Driver Coordination: Assist in the daily coordination and optimization of high-end vehicle rentals and vetted driver hire operations across Nigeria.
• Logistics Management: Provide hands-on logistics support to ensure seamless vehicle handoffs, timely dispatching, and rigorous quality control for every booking.
Marketing and Customer Success:
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with our exclusive network of car owners, renters, and professional chauffeurs.
• Client Satisfaction: Develop and implement proactive strategies to elevate the customer experience, quickly resolving any friction points to ensure five-star satisfaction.
• Social Media Management: Manage, curate, and grow PolarRide’s social media presence across key platforms.
