Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Software Project Manager based in Lagos, Nigeria, with some flexibility for remote work. The Software Project Manager will oversee project lifecycles, manage software development teams, identify and analyze project requirements, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. This role requires close collaboration with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to budget.
Qualifications
• Strong background in Software Project Management and Project Management methodologies
• Hands-on experience with Software Development processes and Requirements Analysis
• Excellent Analytical Skills to assess project risks, data, resources, and deliverables
• Exceptional organizational, time-management, and leadership abilities
• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is an advantage
• Experience managing software projects in a client-focused environment is a bonus
