About the Role**
Lispace Design is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Site Supervisor / Project Manager to oversee project execution, coordinate site activities, and ensure projects are delivered according to approved designs, quality standards, budgets, and timelines.
This is a contract-based role with engagement on a project-by-project basis. Successful candidates will be assigned to specific projects depending on project location, scope, duration, and availability. Compensation will be paid
monthly
throughout the duration of the assigned project.
This opportunity is best suited for early- to mid-career professionals with practical site experience and strong coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise project execution and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and design intent.
Monitor project timelines and provide regular progress updates.
Coordinate contractors, artisans, suppliers, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
Conduct regular site inspections and identify construction, quality, or design-related issues.
Ensure compliance with project standards and quality expectations.
Verify site measurements and existing conditions before execution.
Monitor material deliveries, installations, and workmanship.
Prepare site reports, progress updates, and photographic documentation.
Attend project meetings and provide regular updates to the Lispace Design team.
Escalate project risks, delays, variations, and site challenges promptly.
Represent Lispace Design professionally on site and maintain positive relationships with clients and contractors.
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Building Technology, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
Minimum of 2–5 years' experience in site supervision, construction management, or project coordination.
Strong understanding of construction methods, finishes, detailing, and project execution.
Ability to interpret architectural and technical drawings.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of project management tools is an added advantage.
Willingness to travel and supervise projects in different locations when required.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Compensation
Compensation ranges from ₦150,000 – ₦300,000 per month, depending on project scope, duration, complexity, location, and level of responsibility.
Payment shall be made monthly throughout the duration of the assigned project.
Approved project-related travel, transportation, and accommodation expenses, where applicable, shall be discussed and agreed upon prior to engagement.
