Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Job Summary

• We are looking for a proactive and experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our People, Operations & Culture team.
• The successful candidate will provide operational and advisory HR support to assigned business units, ensuring the effective execution of the employee lifecycle while driving engagement, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Requirements & Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Proven experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with strong generalist HR exposure
• Sound knowledge of Nigerian Labor Law and HR best practices
• Professional HR certification such as CIPM, SPHRi, or equivalent is an added advantage
• Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and operational HR delivery
• Experience working with HRIS platforms such as SAGE 300 People
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to work with HR data and metrics
• Willingness and ability to travel when required.
