Job Description
• Screen and shortlist applicants, ensuring effective recruitment plans are implemented.
• Conduct interviews and evaluate applicant qualifications for vacant positions conduct reference check & verify me reports.
• Coordinate with department heads to conduct panel interviews for urgent vacancies.
• Develop and maintain internal job posting programs and referral systems.
• Liaise with recruitment agencies and attend employment fairs to build applicant pools.
• Handle employee terminations and related issues professionally conduct exit interviews
• Maintain and develop a solid application database for easy reference.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual recruitment reports joiners & leavers, HC reports, exit interviews analysis- Manage HMO & life insurance in/out registration/records.
• Handle Employee relation activities Communication meetings, birthdays, etc.
• Coordinate Training activities with Consultants.
• Manage the Pension administration & submit timely.
• Maintain a proper filling system for all departments.
• Administer vacation submission & records
