Role Overview
• We are seeking a Human Resource Officer to manage day-to-day HR operations to build a productive, compliant, and highly engaged workforce.
• The ideal candidate will lead employee lifecycle processes, from talent acquisition and onboarding to performance management and offboarding.
Key Responsibilities
• Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including drafting job descriptions, screening resumes, interviewing, and reference checking.
• Employee Onboarding: Design and coordinate comprehensive induction programs to integrate new hires into the company culture smoothly.
• Policy Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local labor laws to update company handbooks, contracts, and internal guidelines.
• Performance Management: Coordinate annual performance reviews, support managers with feedback frameworks, and track development plans.
• Records Management: Maintain accurate employee files, attendance trackers, leave balances, and confidential HR databases.
• Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for staff inquiries, resolve workplace grievances, and organize team-building events.
• Compensation & Benefits: Assist the finance team with payroll preparation by providing updated details on new hires, exits, and bonuses.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional HR certification e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, CIPD is a plus.
• 2–4 years of proven experience working as an HR Officer, Coordinator, or similar generalist HR role.
• Solid understanding of local labor standards, employment acts, and workplace safety regulations.
• Outstanding conflict resolution, active listening, and relationship-building capabilities across all company levels.
• Experience using Human Resource Information Systems HRIS, applicant tracking systems ATS, and MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Absolute integrity and the ability to handle highly confidential personal and financial data with utmost discretion.
