As part of our expansion in Nigeria, we are seeking a highly creative, technology-savvy, and results-driven Digital Marketing & Media Communications Manager to strengthen our digital presence, manage our online marketing activities, coordinate media production, and support the growth of our brand across Nigeria and beyond.

Position Summary

The Digital Marketing & Media Communications Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company’s digital marketing activities, website administration, social media presence, advertising campaigns, content creation, media production, and online brand communications.

The successful candidate will coordinate closely with our website developers and contractors to ensure the efficient operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company website. The role also requires expertise in graphic design, AI-powered content creation, social media advertising, video content management, and digital communications.

This position is ideal for a highly organized professional who combines creativity, technology, marketing expertise, and strong project coordination skills.

Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite Management & Coordination

· Coordinate with website developers, designers, and external contractors regarding all website-related activities.

· Ensure the smooth operation, maintenance, security, and regular updating of the company website.

· Monitor website performance and recommend improvements to enhance user experience and lead generation.

· Ensure all website content remains current, professional, and aligned with company branding.

· Coordinate implementation of website enhancements, landing pages, event registrations, and digital campaigns.

· Work with contractors to resolve website issues promptly and efficiently.

Digital Marketing & Online Advertising

· Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and business opportunities.

· Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize online advertising campaigns.

· Manage paid advertising across:

· Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

· LinkedIn

· TikTok

· Google Ads

· YouTube Ads

· Other relevant digital platforms

· Monitor advertising budgets and campaign performance.

· Generate leads and maximize return on advertising investment (ROI).

· Produce performance reports and recommendations.

Social Media Management

· Manage the company's presence across all social media platforms.

· Develop and maintain monthly content calendars.

· Create engaging posts, promotional campaigns, event announcements, and corporate communications.

· Design social media graphics, stories, reels, videos, and promotional content.

· Increase audience engagement and follower growth.

· Monitor social media trends and implement innovative content strategies.

· Respond to inquiries and coordinate online community engagement.

Graphic Design & AI Content Creation

· Design creative marketing materials for digital and print use.

· Create event promotions, advertisements, banners, flyers, brochures, presentations, and branded content.

· Utilize AI tools and modern design software to enhance content creation efficiency and quality.

· Develop innovative visual concepts that strengthen brand recognition.

· Ensure consistency of branding across all communication channels.

Media Production & Communications

· Coordinate all photography, videography, recording, editing, and post-production requirements.

· Support media coverage for conferences, exhibitions, trade shows, and corporate events.

· Coordinate content production with photographers, videographers, and media vendors.

· Manage digital media archives and content libraries.

· Develop communication materials, promotional videos, interviews, testimonials, and event highlights.

Event Marketing Support

· Support the promotion of exhibitions, conferences, conventions, seminars, webinars, and corporate events.

· Coordinate digital marketing campaigns before, during, and after events.

· Create promotional materials to support sponsorship acquisition and event attendance.

· Assist in developing event branding and audience engagement strategies.

Reporting & Performance Monitoring

· Monitor website traffic, social media analytics, advertising performance, and lead generation metrics.

· Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

· Provide recommendations for continuous improvement and growth.

· Track key marketing KPIs and present findings to management.

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

· Professional certifications in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Graphic Design, or related fields are an added advantage.

Experience Requirements

· Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in digital marketing, social media management, media communications, website coordination, or related roles.

· Experience managing digital advertising campaigns.

· Experience working with website developers, digital agencies, or external contractors.

· Experience in event management, exhibitions, conferences, hospitality, or marketing industries is an advantage.
