Job Summary
• We are seeking an energetic Sales and Marketing Officer to drive both B2B and B2C sales channels while executing high-impact marketing campaigns.
• In this role, the ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, managing relationships with key distributors/retailers, and executing modern marketing strategies to boost product visibility and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
• Sales Generation: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets by identifying and securing new retail outlets, wholesalers, and corporate clients.
• Distributor Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with distributors, supermarkets, and key accounts to ensure product availability.
• Market Research: Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify new product and promotional opportunities.
• Campaign Execution: Plan and execute offline and digital marketing campaigns, including trade shows, in-store activations, and social media promotions.
• Brand Merchandising: Coordinate with the logistics and retail teams to ensure excellent product display, shelf visibility, and point-of-sale material placement.
• Performance Tracking: Prepare regular sales forecasts, budget trackers, and marketing ROI reports for executive management.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Food Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–4 years of proven sales and marketing experience, specifically within the FMCG or food and beverage industry.
• An existing network of contacts among local FMCG distributors, wholesalers, or supermarkets is highly preferred.
• Strong negotiation, persuasive communication, and digital marketing skills (e.g., social media management, basic content creation)
