• We are looking for a results-driven HR Officer to own our end-to-end performance management framework. You will align employee KPIs with business goals, manage the appraisal cycle, and turn performance data into actionable growth strategies.
Core Responsibilities
• Cycle Management: Lead the full annual appraisal process (SMART goals, KPIs, mid-year, and final reviews).
• Data & Analytics: Analyze performance metrics to identify workforce trends and provide leadership with reporting.
• Manager Coaching:Guide managers on performance management, constructive feedback, and execution of Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
• Talent Development:Partner with L&D to turn appraisal gaps into training plans and support succession planning.
• System Administration:Ensure accurate data tracking within the HRIS and maintain policy compliance.
Requirements
• Background: 4–5 years of dedicated HR experience in performance and talent management.
• Education & Certs: Bachelor’s Degree in HR/Business; CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI certification is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in HRIS, performance platforms, and Excel data analysis.
• Success Metrics: Timely appraisal execution, measurable PIP success, and high-quality data reporting.
