About the Role

As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth, building relationships, and delivering excellence. Your responsibilities will include:
• Engaging Prospects: Proactively reach out to individuals and businesses, presenting our value-driven deposit and loan products tailored to their needs.
• Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to increase our share of their business.
• Due Diligence: Conduct thorough evaluations of all potential customers before onboarding and at scheduled intervals to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
• Collaborative Service Delivery: Work closely with colleagues across departments to provide seamless, high-quality service to our customers.

What We're Looking For

To excel in this role, you should bring:
• Educational Qualifications: A first degree in any discipline. A Microfinance Certification from the Chartered Institute of Bankers will be an added advantage.
• Industry Experience: A minimum of three years of continuous, successful sales experience in the financial services sector (e.g., Banks, Finance Houses, Microfinance Institutions, or Insurance Companies).
• Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey ideas and build rapport with diverse audiences.
• Interpersonal Skills: A knack for building meaningful relationships and inspiring trust in clients and team members alike.
• Adaptability and Drive: A results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
