Brand Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:
We’re seeking a creative and results-driven Brand Marketing Specialist to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support business growth within the ICT industry.
You’ll develop and execute marketing strategies, manage digital campaigns, create engaging content, and support lead generation initiatives to position the company effectively in a competitive market.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement brand strategies to strengthen market presence and visibility
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web platforms
• Manage and grow the company’s online presence and audience engagement
• Create marketing content including social media posts, brochures, presentations, and website content
• Collaborate with teams to develop technical and business-focused marketing materials
• Support lead generation campaigns and promotional activities
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities within the ICT industry
• Track campaign performance, analyze metrics, and prepare performance reports
• Recommend improvements based on marketing insights and analytics
Qualifications/Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
• 3–5 years’ experience in marketing, brand management, or digital marketing
• Experience in ICT, technology, or B2B marketing is an added advantage
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and analytics tools
Key Skill Set:
• Strong understanding of brand management and digital marketing strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative thinking and engaging content development skills
• Analytical and data interpretation abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design/marketing tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
