Job Title: Mid-Level Full Stack Developer
Location: Lagos, Nigeria (Hybrid - 3 days work from Office , 2 days WFH)

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mid-Level Full Stack Developer to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, maintaining, and scaling web applications, working across both frontend and backend systems. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications
Build responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces
Develop robust backend APIs and services
Integrate third-party APIs and external services
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features
Ensure application security, data protection, and scalability
Requirements
3–5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript
Experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular
Solid backend experience using Node.js, Python, Java, or PHP
Experience working with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL
Strong knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar)
Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice to Have
Experience with Docker and containerization
Familiarity with microservices architecture
Knowledge of testing frameworks and automated testing
Prior experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
Pay: ₦350,000.00 - ₦550,000.00 per month
