Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Human Resources (HR) Officer to manage and support the hotel’s human resource functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring that HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented to support the hotel’s operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
• Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company standards and labor regulations.
• Coordinate staff training, development programs, and performance evaluations.
• Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and ensure proper documentation.
• Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information such as attendance and leave records.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and hotel policies.
• Promote a positive work culture and support staff engagement initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports and provide recommendations to management on workforce planning and improvements.
