Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Operations Lead to oversee and optimize the organization’s human resources operations, ensuring efficient HR processes, compliance, employee lifecycle management, and policy implementation.
• The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence across recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily HR operations and ensure efficient execution of HR processes and policies.
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, documentation, confirmation, transfers, and exit management.
• Supervise recruitment operations, including workforce planning, talent acquisition support, and onboarding coordination.
• Maintain and update HR records, employee databases, and documentation systems.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee payroll input preparation, attendance records, leave administration, and benefits coordination.
• Implement and improve HR operational systems, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
• Manage employee relations matters and provide guidance on disciplinary procedures, grievances, and conflict resolution.
• Coordinate performance management cycles, appraisal processes, and employee development initiatives.
• Generate HR reports, analytics, and workforce insights for management decision-making.
• Collaborate with department heads on manpower planning and organizational development initiatives.
Requirements
• B.Sc./HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related discipline with 4–7 years proven experience in HR operations, HR generalist, or HR management roles.
• Strong understanding of labor laws, payroll processes, employee relations, and HR compliance.
• Experience managing HR systems, employee records, and HR documentation.
• Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
