As an ATM Business Officer, you will play a key role in managing the bank’s ATM network, ensuring optimal uptime, coordinating maintenance, and delivering exceptional service to our customers through reliable self-service banking channels.
Requirements• B.Sc. in a relevant field (e.g., IT, Business, Finance)
• 2–4 years of experience in ATM operations or electronic banking
• Good knowledge of ATM hardware, software, and connectivity
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Familiarity with regulatory standards and documentation practices
