Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Marketing position based in Lagos State, Nigeria. The role involves prospecting and engaging potential clients through calls, meetings, and site visits to promote the company’s real estate and development offerings.
The Sales
Marketing professional will prepare and deliver sales presentations, manage property listings, follow up on leads, and maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. The role includes supporting marketing campaigns, coordinating property viewings, gathering market intelligence, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales targets. The position also requires providing clear information to clients, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a professional, customer-focused experience throughout the sales cycle.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, handle inquiries, and build long-term relationships.
Proven Sales skills with experience in lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in a target-driven environment.
Ability to provide Training and guidance to team members or sales agents on products, processes, and best practices.
Sales Management capabilities, including pipeline management, reporting, and support for meeting or exceeding team goals.
Prior experience in real estate, construction, or related sectors is an advantage.
Comfortable working on-site, conducting property visits, and meeting clients in person.
Proficiency with basic office software and CRM or sales tracking tools.
Minimum of a relevant diploma or degree (e.g., Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field) or equivalent work experience.
