About Us
Mikul Health is a fast-growing home health-tech platform connecting families with licensed nurses and caregivers across Nigeria. We provide elderly care, recovery care, postpartum care, and more — bringing professional, trusted care into people's homes.
As we scale our customer acquisition, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead that growth and help more families discover the care they need.
The Role
You will own Mikul's paid digital marketing end-to-end — primarily Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Search Ads — turning marketing spend into qualified leads and booked clients. This is the core of the role, and your performance will be measured in real outcomes: cost per lead, conversion rate, and revenue growth.
Alongside paid acquisition, you will help shape Mikul's brand presence — guiding our content and social media so that everything we put out is consistent, on-brand, and speaks to Nigerian families. You will not do all of this alone; you will work with support from creative and operations colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Marketing & Growth (Core Focus)
Plan, launch, and optimise Meta and Google ad campaigns targeting families in Lagos
Manage the full funnel — from ad creative to landing page conversion
Monitor performance daily; kill underperforming ad sets and scale winners
Own the marketing budget and report on CPL, ROAS, and conversion weekly
Write and test ad copy; brief and direct creative production
Optimise our website and landing pages for conversion
Work closely with our lead conversion and operations teams to ensure leads turn into clients
Content & Storytelling (With Support)
Guide Mikul's digital health storytelling and messaging, tailored to the African/Nigerian context
Direct the creation of content across formats (video, social, blog, email, ads), working with creative support
Ensure content is on-brand, accurate, empathetic, and aligned with sound health-communication standards
Help maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across channels
Social Media & Community (With Support)
Oversee Mikul Health's social media presence and content schedule
Support the growth of engaged communities and timely audience interaction
Keep an eye on brand mentions, sentiment, and reputation online
What You Need
3+ years of hands-on paid digital marketing experience (Meta Ads & Google Ads essential)
Proven results — you can show campaigns you've run, CPL you've achieved, and budgets you've managed
Strong analytical skills; you make decisions from data, not assumptions
Solid copywriting ability and an eye for what makes an ad convert
Experience in health-tech, healthcare, services, or a trust-driven category is a strong advantage
Deep understanding of the Nigerian/Lagos digital landscape
Nice to Have
Experience with landing page tools and basic conversion rate optimisation
Familiarity with WhatsApp-based lead funnels
SEO and content marketing knowledge
What We Offer
Salary: ₦300,000 – ₦350,000 per month
