Job Description
Nurture Prime Home Care & Staffing Solutions is seeking a dynamic and relationship-focused Business Development & Marketing Executive to support the growth of our home care, staffing and workforce solutions services across Lagos.

We are looking for a proactive professional who enjoys connecting with people, identifying opportunities, building partnerships and contributing to business growth. The ideal candidate will represent the company professionally, cultivate meaningful relationships and help expand our client base.

Ikota by VGC, Lagos State
Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for home care, staffing and workforce solutions services.

• Generate and nurture leads through networking, referrals, direct outreach and relationship-building activities.

• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, corporate organizations, residential estates, schools, religious institutions and other referral sources.

• Conduct presentations, meetings and service introductions with prospective clients.

• Prepare proposals, quotations and service agreements.

• Follow up on inquiries, prospects and business opportunities in a timely manner.

• Support marketing initiatives that promote the company's services and brand visibility.

• Represent the company professionally at meetings, networking events and community engagements.

• Maintain accurate records of business development activities and client interactions.

• Provide regular updates and reports on business development efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Public Relations or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in business development, marketing, sales, client acquisition or a related role.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

• Strong networking and relationship management abilities.

• Self-motivated, organized and able to work independently.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic digital tools.

• Experience in healthcare, staffing, recruitment, HR consulting or other service-based industries is an advantage.

• Candidates residing within the Lekki, Ajah, Sangotedo, Ikota, Chevron, VGC , Abraham Adesanya and surrounding areas are encouraged to apply.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday ( 8am - 6pm)

• Occasional weekend assignments as required

Pay: ₦220,000.00 - ₦250,000.00 per month
