Develop and execute marketing strategies for the Nigerian market
Drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition campaigns
Manage digital marketing initiatives across social media, content, email, SEO, and paid campaigns
Collaborate with Sales, Growth, and Customer Success teams to improve conversion and retention
Build partnerships and community engagement initiatives
Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize marketing strategies
Support PR, events, and employer branding campaigns
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels
Requirements
