Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and optimize sales and marketing funnels to improve lead generation and customer conversion.
• Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
• Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve results.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics including ROAS, CAC, CPL, conversion rates, and revenue generated.
• Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, creatives, ad copy, and funnel stages.
• Collaborate with the content, creative, sales, and customer service teams to improve marketing effectiveness.
• Manage marketing automation workflows, lead nurturing campaigns, and customer journeys.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to scale successful campaigns.
• Ensure accurate tracking and reporting through analytics tools and CRM systems.
