Job Summary
This is a full-time on-site role for a JavaScript Full Stack Software Developer conversant in the Frontend and Backend functions. The MENN and MERN Stack skill set will be required (MongoDB, Express JS, Next JS, React JS, React Native, Node JS). The Developer will be responsible for creating Web and Mobile Apps from conception to deployment, fashioning everything from the UI to the UX, optimization, and functionality. The Full Stack Software Developer should be able to work independently with or without other Developers or a Graphic Designer while ensuring that their web and mobile apps meet the client's requirements.
Responsibilities:
• Building web-based and mobile apps from concept all the way to completion from the bottom up, fashioning everything from the home page to site layout, optimization, and functionality.
• Create, maintain, and implement the source code to develop web, mobile and SaaS applications that meet the needs and requirements of the clients.
• Keeping up to date with the terminology, concepts, and best practices for coding web apps.
• Execute top-quality web and mobile UI designs from concept to delivery, complying with brand standards in the execution of marketing materials.
• Integrate visually and enhance the creative concept, architecture, UI, prototype, and navigation design for websites, online advertising, and mobile.
• Experience in handling Authentication
• Practice Industry best standards and practices
Requirements:
• Minimum of HND or B.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Systems, Design, Fine Arts, Physics, Computer, Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronics or Telecommunications Engineering, or other related disciplines.
• Must have completed NYSC
• 2 -3 years of professional work experience with proof of Web & Mobile Development
• A strong visual and technical portfolio. Must have good web development skills and certifications
• Experience working in an agile development process.
• Should have great knowledge of Backend application development, and strong JavaScript & jQuery skills (such as consuming APIs)
• Execute top-quality front-end designs from concept to delivery, complying with brand standards in the execution of marketing materials.
• Knowledge of the Search Engine Optimization process or SEM expertise with experience in Google Search Console and Bing Webmasters tool.
• Must be familiar with at least one Content Management System (CMS)- WordPress, Shopify, etc.
• Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility across multiple platforms and devices.
• Strong ability to design with accessibility in mind. Must have strong skills in equivalent application(s)
• Interested candidates must reside close to or within our office location which is Shasha/Egbeda in Alimosho Area of Lagos.
