Backend Engineering Tutor (AI-Powered Systems | .NET | Microservices)

Position: AI Backend Engineer Tutor (Contract – Paid per Session)

Location: Remote

Company: Tensectra Systems – – a specialized enterprise architecture firm focused on building AI-powered ERP solutions and enterprise systems

This is not a tutorial-based teaching role. Students don’t watch — they build, deploy, and defend architecture decisions.

What You’ll Do
• Facilitate weekly live sessions (90 mins) focused on:
• Architecture breakdowns
• Code reviews
• Prompt improvement
• Real-world backend scenarios
• Review selected student submissions (GitHub + deployed apps)
• Guide students on:
• Clean architecture decisions
• Backend scalability patterns
• AI-assisted development workflows
• Help students move from: --> “I can code” → “I can design and explain production systems”

What We’re Looking ForTech Stack
• .NET 8
• Web API
• CQRS / MediatR
• Kafka / Event-driven systems
• SQL Server / Multi-DB
• Redis
• Docker (basic)
• Solid understanding of:
• APIs, authentication, system design
• Databases (SQL/NoSQL)
• Real-world backend architecture
• Experience building or working on production systems
• Ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms
• Comfortable reviewing code and giving structured feedback

Bonus:
• Experience with event-driven systems (Kafka, queues)
• Experience using AI tools in development workflows
