Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Job Summary The HR Manager will oversee all human resource functions within the company, ensuring alignment with business objectives and Nigeria Labour laws. The role involves employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational development in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Workforce Planning
· Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes.
· Collaborate with department heads to forecast workforce needs.
• Employee Relations & Engagement
· Foster a positive work environment and strong organizational culture.
· Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Performance Management
· Design and manage performance appraisal systems.
· Support managers in setting KPIs and conducting evaluations.
· Drive performance improvement plans where necessary.
• Compensation & Benefits
· Manage payroll structure, salary reviews, and incentive schemes.
· Ensure competitive compensation aligned with industry standards.
• HR Policies & Compliance
· Develop, update, and enforce HR policies in line with labour laws and industry regulations.
· Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and telecom regulatory standards.
· Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
• HR Reporting & Analytics
· Prepare HR reports and dashboards for management decision-making.
· Analyse workforce data to improve productivity and retention.
