Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, located in Lekki. The ideal candidate will handle daily HR operations, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with HR policies. Responsibilities include overseeing recruitment processes, coordinating staff training, implementing HR strategies, and maintaining an efficient and positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in HR Management and handling core Human Resources (HR) functions
• Hands-on experience with HR Operations and executing HR Policies
• Strong skills in fostering positive Employee Relations and managing workplace dynamics
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional ethics
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in the Construction is an advantage
• Payroll management
