The Elite Job is seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support daily business operations for clients based in Singapore and the Philippines. This full-time remote role requires a detail-oriented professional who can efficiently manage administrative tasks, coordinate communications, and contribute to overall productivity. Key Responsibilities

Manage and organize calendars, appointments, and schedules across multiple time zones

Handle email correspondence, including drafting, responding, and prioritizing messages

Perform data entry, file management, and document organization

Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and business documents

Coordinate meetings, including setting agendas and taking minutes

Conduct online research and compile relevant information as required

Support social media management and basic content updates when needed

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism

Required Skills and Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Strong organizational and time management abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace

Familiarity with virtual collaboration tools such as Zoom, Slack, or Trello

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace

Experience

Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role

Experience working with international clients, particularly in Singapore or the Philippines, is an advantage

Proven track record of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a remote setting

Working Hours

Full-time position (40 hours per week)

Flexible scheduling aligned with Singapore/Philippines business hours

Occasional availability outside standard hours may be required depending on client needs
