Job Summary
• We are seeking a results-driven Portfolio Manager, Health Finance to drive business growth across the health sector in Southwest Nigeria.
• This field-intensive role is responsible for cultivating and deepening customer relationships, expanding the bank’s health-sector portfolio, and delivering tailored financial solutions that support revenue growth, deposit mobilization, and quality risk asset creation.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, cultivate, and convert health-sector prospects into active, profitable customer relationships.
• Drive deposit mobilization across current accounts, savings accounts, and fixed deposits within the health directorate.
• Originate and prepare customer loan applications, ensuring complete documentation and seamless navigation of approval channels.
• Monitor account balances and portfolio performance proactively; take corrective actions to optimize returns and minimize risk.
• Produce accurate weekly reports on credit exposure, risk assets, deposit liabilities, and Loan-to-Deposit Ratio (LDR) status.
• Create and maintain high-quality risk assets while managing the balance sheet in line with regional targets.
• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable banking products and services to health-sector stakeholders and institutions.
• Manage existing relationships while continuously identifying new revenue opportunities and business openings.
• Ensure all key financial deliverables and sector-specific targets are achieved within agreed timelines.

• Customer acquisition rate and number of new accounts opened.

Candidate Requirements
Education
• Minimum of a first degree in Health Sciences, Medicine, or a related discipline.
• Candidates with core experience in Health Management will also be considered.
Experience:
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in retail banking or health management.
