• traceability systems
• warehouse receipt infrastructure (WRS)
• financing readiness tools
to make agricultural and commodity trade more transparent, financeable, and institutionally trusted.
We are currently working with exporters, field agents, and institutional partners to build a scalable commodity trust ecosystem.
Role Overview
We are seeking a senior banking or financial services professional to join Trakiva as a:
Fractional Strategic Banking Advisor
This is not a traditional employment role.
We are looking for someone who can help us:
• access high-value networks
• connect with HNIs and strategic investors
• strengthen banking relationships
• support trade finance structuring conversations
• improve institutional credibility and positioning
Key Responsibilities
• Provide strategic guidance on trade finance and commodity financing structures
• Support introductions to HNIs, angel investors, and family offices
• Facilitate connections within banking and investment networks
• Advise on institutional positioning with banks and DFIs
• Help refine financial narratives for investors and institutions
• Support high-level partnership conversations with financial stakeholders
Ideal Profile
We are looking for someone who has experience in:
• Corporate Banking / Investment Banking / Trade Finance
• Private Banking or Wealth Management
• Relationship management with HNIs or corporate clients
• Strong institutional network in Nigeria or international markets
• Exposure to commodity finance, agribusiness finance, or structured trade finance
Commitment
• Part-time / Advisory role

Compensation Structure
Compensation is structured as
• Advisory equity (negotiable based on network and impact)
• Potential performance-linked incentives based on introductions and strategic value delivered
