At
TalentPop App, we’re growing our remote marketing and operations team and looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Affiliate Marketing Coordinator to support affiliate partnerships, campaign coordination, and digital growth initiatives within the E-Commerce space.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship management, campaign tracking, outreach coordination, and supporting high-performing affiliate marketing efforts in a fast-paced remote environment.
What You'll Do
• Support the setup, management, and optimization of affiliate marketing programs and campaigns
• Research and identify potential affiliate partners aligned with campaign goals and brand initiatives
• Manage day-to-day communication with affiliate partners and maintain organized relationship tracking
• Coordinate affiliate campaigns, promotional efforts, and special marketing initiatives
• Track, analyze, and report on affiliate marketing performance metrics and campaign results
• Prepare performance summaries and reports for internal marketing and operations teams
• Assist with payout coordination and help maintain accuracy within affiliate tracking systems
Research affiliate marketing trends and competitor strategies to support process improvements and campaign growth

What We're Looking For
• At least 1 year of remote or online marketing experience
• Experience with affiliate marketing, partnerships, influencer programs, or digital marketing campaigns is preferred
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship management skills
• Highly detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
Experience with affiliate platforms such as ShareASale, Impact, CJ Affiliate, or similar tools is a plus
•
Technical Requirements
• Personally owned laptop or desktop with at least an Intel i5 processor or equivalent, and a minimum of 8GB RAM
• Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps for both upload and download
