We’re looking for qualified, competent, and a results-driven Sales Professional to join our team.

Sales and Marketing Manager (High-Value Properties)

Compensation:
Attractive salary + commission structure + performance incentives + HMO
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate sales affiliates to drive sales efforts.
• Drive sales of premium residential and commercial properties.
• Identify, engage, and convert high-net-worth clients.
• Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation - site inspection - negotiation - closing
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.
• Work with marketing to optimize lead conversion strategies.
• Provide market insights and feedback on client behavior and trends.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in selling several high-value real estate (₦150M and above).
• Strong, verifiable sales track record (deals closed must be demonstrable).
• Deep understanding of the Abuja real estate landscape.
• Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
• Strong network of potential buyers, investors, or corporate clients.
