Salary: ₦70,000 – ₦80,000 plus commission on every sale
Job Summary The Sales & Marketing Officer will be responsible for promoting the company’s products and services, developing marketing strategies, generating leads, managing customer relationships, and increasing sales revenue. The role also involves handling social media promotions, creating engaging content, and supporting overall business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Promote and market the company’s products and services to prospective clients.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate quality leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
• Meet assigned sales targets and performance goals.
• Manage social media promotions and online marketing campaigns.
• Create engaging social media posts and marketing content.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
• Prepare sales reports and marketing feedback for management.
• Attend meetings, exhibitions, and networking events to represent the company.
• Respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to improve brand visibility and customer engagement.
Requirements
• Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of digital marketing and social media management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent customer relationship management skills.
• Sales experience is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Must be proactive, target-driven, and willing to learn.
