Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Accounting/Finance Officer based in Lagos, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Accounting/Finance Officer will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing financial reporting processes, and ensuring compliance with financial standards. The role also involves conducting financial analyses, supporting strategic decision-making, and maintaining clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
The officer will collaborate closely with other departments to ensure financial operations align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing and reviewing Financial Statements and managing Financial Reporting processes

• Strong Analytical Skills with a solid understanding of Finance principles

• Effective Communication skills to convey financial insights and collaborate with diverse teams

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Post-graduates with experienced background, as well as Fresh graduates with the zeal

• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
