JOB SUMMARY
B.Sc. / HND in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldICAN, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred3-5 years’ accounting experience in a structured environmentStrong ERP/accounting software knowledgeExcellent reconciliation, analytical, and reporting skillsHigh attention to detail and strong internal control mindset.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Post daily payment transactions and expense entries into the ERP systemPerform daily bank reconciliations and ensure ERP balances match physical bank balancesReconcile advance payments against supplier invoices and GRNs, and follow up on outstanding advancesPerform inter-module matching by cross-verifying purchase, GRN, payment, and expense entries dailyEnsure ERP-generated Purchase Orders (POs) are raised before processing paymentsClassify payments correctly as Advance or Final PaymentsPrepare and submit daily Treasury Reports to the Head Office team in SingaporeMonitor financial records for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal controlsSupport month-end closing activities and maintain accurate documentation
