Our Graduate Trainee Program is a structured development initiative designed to bridge academic knowledge with practical industry execution. Successful candidates will gain hands-on experience across:
• Off-grid power generation
• Power distribution systems
• Operations & maintenance
• Technical project execution
• Energy infrastructure development
Eligibility Criteria:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum of Second Class Lower 2:2 from a recognized university
• Must have completed the mandatory NYSC program
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Knowledge of CAD software/tools is an added advantage
