Key Responsibilities
HR Operations &
• Employee Relations
• Coordinate end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, employee relations, and workforce support.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and compliance frameworks.
• Manage payroll processing, biometric systems, and employee records to ensure audit readiness.
• Partner with leadership to strengthen internal communication, productivity, and service delivery.
Performance &
• Training
• Facilitate staff training programs and track development outcomes.
• Support performance management processes and employee feedback mechanisms.
Operations &
• Workflow Management
• Supervise customer service and finance teams, ensuring alignment between field and remote operations.
• Lead workflow improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce complaint resolution time.
• Ensure service-level agreement (SLA) compliance and quality service delivery across hybrid teams.
Data &
• Records Management
• Maintain accurate customer, financial, and HR records.
• Verify data integrity and support timely reporting for HR, finance, and service departments.
Volunteer &
• Program Coordination
• Train and supervise volunteers to ensure engagement and program success.
Pay: ₦200,000.00 - ₦250,000.00 per month
