Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Human Resources Manager to join our team on-site at our Lekki location. In this role, you will oversee HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. You will ensure compliance with labor laws, develop HR policies, and provide guidance on performance management. Additional responsibilities include fostering a positive work environment, addressing employee concerns, and implementing strategies to enhance team engagement and development.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations processes
Experience in developing and enforcing HR policies and ensuring compliance with labor laws
Proven ability to manage performance evaluation, employee training, and development initiatives
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
Proficiency in human resource management software and tools
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Previous experience in retail or fashion industry is a plus
