CREATIVE CONTENT CREATOR- HYBRID LAGOS
We’re looking for a creative, hands-on Content Creator who can think, create, and execute, not just write ideas on paper.
ROLE OVERVIEW
We need someone who can:
👉 Turn ideas into engaging content
👉 Show up on-site and bring brands to life
👉 Create content that people actually watch, save, and engage with
If you’re confident on camera, understand social media trends, and know how to make content that connects, this role is for you.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
• Develop and execute content strategies for client brands
• Create engaging short-form videos (Reels, TikTok)
• Write content calendars, captions, and video scripts
• Create design direction and content ideas for graphics
• Shoot content on-site at client locations
• Bring creative concepts to life, not just suggest them
• Stay on top of trends and adapt them for different brands
• Collaborate with designers, strategists, and social media managers
• Ensure content aligns with each brand’s voice and goals
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Highly creative and execution-driven
• Confident speaking on camera
• Strong storytelling and content ideation skills
• Can create content across multiple formats (video + design direction + copy)
• Understands what makes content engaging (hooks, retention, relatability)
• Detail-oriented and proactive
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Professional enough to represent client brands
📍 REQUIREMENTS (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY)
• Must be based in Lagos (this is non-negotiable)
• Must be available to visit client locations for content shoots
• Must own a good iPhone (for high-quality content creation)
• Must speak and write good English
• Must be reliable, responsive, and not juggling too many commitments
• Must be willing to learn and grow
COMPENSATION
• ₦70,000 monthly
• Transportation provided for client shoots
