JOB OPENING: MID-LEVEL CONTENT CREATOR (GOSPEL TALENT) We are hiring a creative and strategic Content Creator to manage and grow the digital presence of a gospel music talent.
Work Structure Hybrid Role Remote: Other days Physical: Friday – Sunday (Rehearsals, Services, Events) Role Summary You will create, shoot, edit, and publish engaging content that communicates the talent message and builds a strong online community. Content should be clean, modern, engaging, and optimized for Instagram, TikTok etc.
Responsibilities -Plan and execute weekly content strategy. -Shoot day-to-day, behind-the-scenes, and spontaneous content. -Capture live moments during rehearsals, ministrations, and events. -Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) with captions, smooth transitions, and good pacing. -Add subtitles, light color grading, and relevant background sound/music. -Manage posting schedule and content calendar. -Collaborate with team members and for major shoots.
Content Production
Expectations. -Must be able to shoot and edit content using a mobile phone or basic camera setup. -Responsible for capturing consistent, real-time content during physical days. -Work alongside professional videographers for high-quality productions when needed. -Deliver fast-turnaround edits suitable for social media.
Tools
Required! -CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro. -Canva or Adobe Photoshop Pro. -Basic videography and content shooting skills. -Understanding of social media trends and analytics. KPIs. -Consistent content delivery. -Growth in followers and engagement in video views, reach, and audience retention. -Quality, creativity, and brand alignment.
Ideal
Candidate -Strong storytelling and video editing skills. -Passion for gospel music and digital media. -Proactive, creative, and reliable. -Able to work independently and with a team.
