• Track project financial performance, monitor budget utilization, identify variances, and flag financial risks, overruns, or inefficiencies early.
• Build and review financial models for new projects, pilots, and ventures, including profitability, break-even, cash flow, and risk scenarios.
• Provide commercial finance support to leadership, including pricing, costing, feasibility analysis, and go/no-go recommendations for new initiatives.
• Maintain accurate accounting records, reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and proper cost allocation across projects and business lines.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, audit requirements, and applicable financial reporting standards.
• Monitor project-level cash flow, support payment processing, track receivables, and advise on payment terms and funding implications.
• Develop clear dashboards, financial summaries, and management reports that translate financial data into practical business insights.
• Act as a finance partner to project teams, operations, and senior leadership by supporting planning, execution reviews, close-out processes, and strategic decision-making.
