The ideal candidates will play a key role in driving market penetration, building strong stakeholder relationships, and generating leads within the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities Conduct regular visits to distributors, dealers, and customers for lead generation Visit construction sites to build a strong database of contractors, civil/structural engineers, and architects Collaborate with sales, brand, and product teams to drive integrated marketing initiatives Build and maintain relationships with key trade partners and stakeholders Design and implement engagement programs for key influencers (contractors, architects, etc.) Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities Maintain an active database of site visits and prepare MIS reports Conduct market research to generate actionable insights Ensure consistent brand messaging across all trade channels Track performance of trade marketing initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement Requirements Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) with experience or background in the construction industry Civil Engineers Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-driven, proactive, and action-oriented mindset Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Application Closing Date Not Specified.
