Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ikeja for a Business Operations Specialist. In this role, you will assist in the daily operations of the HR department, including implementing HR policies, organizing records, supporting employee benefits administration, and coordinating personnel management tasks. You will also contribute to maintaining a positive work culture by supporting HR strategies and day-to-day employee relations activities.
Qualifications
• Must have had 3years business operations experience in a core HR or FMCG environment
• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management principles
• Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Skills in Personnel Management and fostering positive employee relations
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software tools is a plus
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• An eagerness to learn and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management practices.
• Experience working with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and proficiency in maintaining personnel records.
• Ability to manage Benefits Administration processes efficiently.

Internship Period The internship period shall be for 6 months.
Remuneration The candidate shall be paid a gross sum of N140,000 in the initial instance. Upon demonstrating high level performance, the Office Operations Intern would be offered an increase and would start to earn N180,000. The role is 100% on-site and candidates would be required to commute daily to our Alausa, Ikeja Office.#
