We are looking for a
Social Media Executive
who isn't just about "posting content." We need someone who can be the authentic voice of Sokobook. You’ll own our social presence in these key markets from planning to publishing, and focus on building real, meaningful connections with local entrepreneurs. If you’re creative, love staying ahead of regional trends, and want to help small businesses thrive, we’d love to have you on the team.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Execute daily publishing of posts across assigned country pages based on the content calendar.

• Monitor and engage with the community by replying to comments, DMs, and mentions to maintain an active presence.

• Assist in the coordination and implementation of influencer marketing campaigns by managing communication, content tracking, and deadlines.

• Track weekly performance metrics such as total likes, comments, follower growth, impressions, and post frequency, and share reports with the social media manager.

• Collaborate with content creators and graphic designers to ensure timely and visually consistent posts.

• Stay updated with local trends, viral content formats, and competitor activity to suggest new post ideas and formats.

• Ensure that all content is culturally relevant and aligned with brand guidelines in the assigned region.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

• At least 1 year of experience managing social media pages for brands or businesses.

• Hands-on experience with short-form content creation and trend-based content

• Open-minded & strong desire to learn

• Proficiency in Meta Suite, Canva, and scheduling tools.

• Highly organized, self-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Able to work remotely
