Role Summary
We are seeking a charismatic and results-driven Real Estate Brand Influencer & Digital Sales Specialist with a strong social media presence and proven ability to convert audience engagement into property sales.
This is a sales-first role, where content and personal branding serve as tools for lead generation. The ideal candidate will leverage AI tools to create content efficiently, engage prospects, and drive consistent sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Conversion (Primary)
• Convert inbound inquiries and audience engagement into qualified leads
• Conduct virtual and physical property presentations
• Close property deals and meet monthly revenue targets
• Manage and update sales pipeline and client interactions
2. AI-Driven Content Creation & Personal Branding
• Use AI tools to:
• Generate content ideas, scripts, and captions
• Create engaging videos, reels, and posts efficiently
• Produce consistent, high-quality content showcasing properties
• Build a strong personal brand aligned with the company’s image
• Use storytelling to attract buyers and investors

Social Media
Engagement & Lead Generation
• Actively engage with prospects across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter/X
• Respond to inquiries and qualify leads through structured conversations
• Drive traffic from content into the sales funnel
• Maintain consistent audience interaction to build trust and credibility

Representation
• Serve as the public face of the company across digital platforms
• Represent the company at property tours, events, and client meetings
• Build trust and credibility with potential buyers and investors

Market
Intelligence & Sales Strategy
• Provide insights on customer behavior, objections, and buying patterns
• Suggest improvements in pricing, positioning, and offers based on audience feedback
• Stay updated on real estate trends and competitor activities
6.
Digital Growth
Support (AI-Assisted)
• Support campaign ideas and promotional strategies using AI tools
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and launches
• Contribute to improving lead generation strategies and conversion performance
Requirements
• Proven experience in sales closing (real estate or high-ticket sales preferred)
• Strong social media presence with an engaged audience (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or Twitter/X)
• Ability to convert content and engagement into actual sales
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and productivity (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI, CapCut AI, etc.)
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Charismatic, confident, and camera-friendly personality
• Strong understanding of the Lagos real estate market (preferred)

Compensation Structure
• Salary: ₦12,000,000 – ₦15,000,000 per annum
• Commission: Per closed deal
• Performance Bonuses: Based on revenue and conversion
